We start with you sending me the itinerary you've already planned. I review it, note any high-level feedback (pacing, routing, and anything worth a second look) then research and compile a logistics and security brief for the city you're visiting. This is the same intelligence layer drawn from my background in international affairs and professional-grade research, scoped to a single city and delivered in an easy-to-understand format. Once you've had time to review everything, we close with a focused 30-minute call to talk through your trip and answer any questions.

I Deliver Your Itinerary: You receive a PDF itinerary that features all your booking suggestions and everything else included in the package you purchased.
You Book Your Reservations: You’ll receive everything you need to book with confidence, including direct links, recommendations, and clear guidance—giving you full control while mitigating stress. Planning your itinerary without booking reservations (like a travel agent) keeps our package costs down.
