Custom international itineraries built with analyst-grade research.

Scotland. Iraq. India. And well beyond.

Some for work, some for pleasure. All of it taught me what a briefing should cover.

My background in history, defense and foreign policy analysis, and international humanitarian work means I research the way analysts do. Layered, rigorous, always looking past the surface.

That's what goes into every itinerary I build. Not a blog's top-ten list or the latest TikTok travel trend, but the same kind of digging I used to do for think tanks.

No commissions

I design; you book. That's an intentional choice, not a limitation.

Traditional travel agents often earn commissions from the hotels, tours, and vendors they recommend and then book. That creates a quiet conflict of interest most travelers never think to question. By stepping outside that model entirely, every recommendation in your itinerary exists for one reason only: it's the right choice for your trip.

You'll receive the information and direct links you need to book your reservations with confidence, keeping you in control of your own travel budget while keeping my advice completely in your corner.

Here's how it works

  1. Schedule a discovery call

A 20–30 minute call about where you're going, who's coming, and what you actually want out of the trip. No cost to you.

  2. Secure your booking

Sign the client contract, pay the planning fee, and fill out a detailed trip questionnaire so I can start building.

  3. I build your itinerary

A couple of weeks of deep research and design, producing a fully personalized, thoughtfully paced itinerary. Then the first draft lands in your inbox.

  4. Review and revisions

You read it through and can request one major revision to make sure you're happy with it.

  5. Final delivery

Once changes are made, you get the final itinerary as a clickable PDF.

  6. Book and go

Using the links and information in the itinerary, choose what you want, book your reservations, and start counting down to departure day.
